I was in a little Broadway-themed shop next to the TKTS booth after seeing The Lion King today (Which was fuckin’ AMAZING. See it if you ever can! Zazu has to marry meeeeee) and I was going through a bunch of old musical programs.
When my hand touched the “Chess” one, my favorite song from that show started to play in the shop. And the program I grabbed was from the orig. Broadway cast version (which my favorite actor was in) and not the concert version or London version.
So….I bought that shit in a hot second!! I was like, “I don’t care how much it is, I need it”. And it actually as only $8, which is awesome (Lion King ones in the theatre were $25! The hell!).

But like, oh my God. It’s ironic, it’s…it’s just fate <3 I love it!
